Terms of Use

By using TNChatZone you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who can use TNChatZone

You must be 18 years or older. You are responsible for everything done from your account. One person, one account.

2. Community rules

Do not post or send:

• sexual content, nudity, or requests for it;
• anything that sexualises or endangers children. We have zero tolerance: we ban the account and report it to the authorities;
• abuse, threats, harassment, stalking, or hate against any caste, religion, gender, region or community;
• spam, scams, links, advertising, or requests for money;
• other people's private information, or impersonation of anyone;
• anything illegal under Indian law.

We may filter words, hide messages, mute, suspend or ban accounts, and close rooms that break these rules, with or without notice.

3. Coins

• Coins are a virtual item used only inside TNChatZone: for private rooms, private chats and extra public messages.
• Coins have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or prizes, sold, or transferred to another user.
• TNChatZone does not offer betting, gambling or any real-money game. Games are for fun, and coin rewards are free bonuses.
• Bought coins are not refundable, except where Google Play's refund policy or Indian law requires it. If a purchase is refunded, we remove the coins it gave.
• We may change coin prices, rewards and costs. Coins in a banned or deleted account are lost.
• Using cheats, bots, modified apps or fake ad views to get coins will lead to a ban and the coins being removed.

4. Private rooms

Private rooms last for the period shown when you create them and must be renewed to stay open. The room owner can remove members. Moderators can still review and close private rooms that break the rules.

5. Ads

The app shows ads. Watching rewarded ads is optional. Never click ads only to earn coins. This is against Google's rules and we will remove the coins.

6. Your content

You own what you post. You allow us to store and show it to the people it was sent to, and to review it for safety.

7. Service availability

We try to keep TNChatZone running, but we offer it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what other users say or do.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may end accounts that break these terms.

9. Law and complaints

These terms follow the laws of India, and courts in Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. Complaints: Mugilan M, about.mugil@gmail.com.
