Delete your TNChatZone account

Fastest way: in the app

Open TNChatZone → Me → Settings → Delete account. Your account is deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email or phone number, profile, district and bio.
• Your profile photo, date of birth, title, badges and shop items (name colours, frames, bubbles, entry effects).
• The text of all messages, timeline posts and comments you wrote, and your reactions, likes and poll votes.
• Your friends, followers, bonds, profile visits and birthday cards.
• Your memberships, blocks and private rooms you own.
• Your remaining coins. These cannot be recovered or refunded.

What we keep

• Coin and purchase records, with your personal details removed, for up to 8 years (accounting and tax law).
• Records of bans and reports for up to 180 days, for safety.

Delete only some of your data

You can remove data without deleting your account, right in the app:

• Messages: long-press your message → Delete.
• Timeline posts and comments: tap ⋮ on your post or comment → Delete. Posts are also removed automatically after 48 hours.
• Profile photo: Me → Edit profile → Remove photo.
• Bio, district and birthday visibility: Me → Edit profile / Settings.
• Friends, follows and bonds: open the person's profile → Unfriend / Unfollow / End bond.

Chat messages in rooms are removed automatically after 48 hours. To ask us to delete any other data, email about.mugil@gmail.com from your sign-in email; we reply within 7 days.
