Child Safety Standards

TNChatZone has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and sexualising minors in any way.

Our standards

• TNChatZone is for adults only. Every user must confirm they are 18 or older before they can chat.
• Content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms or exploits children is forbidden in public rooms, private rooms and private chats.
• Accounts that break this rule are banned permanently.
• We report CSAM and child exploitation to the authorities, including India's National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in), and keep the evidence the law requires.
• Accounts we find belong to someone under 18 are removed.

How to report

• In the app: long-press any message or open a profile, tap Report and choose "Child safety". These reports go to the top of our moderators' queue.

• If a child is in immediate danger, call 112 or the Childline helpline 1098.
